Quietly: A Digital Diary, a Theatrical Film

Quietly is a digital, theatrical experience exploring themes related to misogyny. This one-person, 18 min film/play hybrid was born in a time of collective grief, and created in isolation.

I deserve respect. I write the words over and over again. I write them five times a day. I write them along with other affirmations like: I am brilliant, and, I love myself. I’ve written I deserve respect every day, five times a day, for twelve years. And somewhere along the timeline, maybe five or six years in, I started to believe it. And that’s when the real struggle began.”
